Background & Why We Work Here

Education is a major challenge in rural Pakistan, where literacy rates remain critically low. In Tando Adam and Chiti Sheikhan, most children and women cannot read or write, leaving them unable to access the Bible or learn skills that would improve their quality of life.

Particularly in Christian communities, access to education is even more limited, and many families cannot afford school fees, books, or materials.

The Need

• A proper learning environment for children and adults.
• Basic literacy training to help individuals read and write.
• Educational materials, books, and supplies for the program.

What We Are Doing

✅ Constructed a classroom in Tando Adam to start literacy classes.
✅ Children’s Literacy Program using Bible-based learning materials.
✅ Women’s Adult Education Program in Chiti Sheikhan to teach them to read the Urdu Bible and share faith stories with their children.
✅ Goal: Provide 30 education kits ($8 per set).
