Shalom Elim ministry is primarily focusing on church building which majorly aims to constructing church buildings, providing safer spaces to the Christians for worship and other spiritual engagements, conducting crusades, celebrating holy occasions with freedom and reviving Christian Spirit in the locals of targeted areas, 

Organizations core values are based on the christian beliefs and faith, including all teams member to serve the Lord from their heart and serving his people with love care. Most of the team member are from evangelical background and serving God in their personal capacities.

Shalom Elim Ministry undertakes the significance of education in 21st century, it is not possible for any nation or community to uplift their living standard without educating themselves. To overcome the crises of illiteracy among the people in the targeted region specially minorities (Christians) we aim to expand the educational facilities to needy and unreachable. Propagate and emphasize the need for re-orientation of education in order that it may be really useful and instructive and may fit in with our requirements as a free and progressive Christian. To start model schools, colleges and other institutions from Primary Stages to upwards.
